Needless to say, I was surprised to see Erik decide to stay in the lair today, perhaps Madame and Meg will join Nadir and I when we have Christmas Dinner together, if Erik decides to partake. Well, then there's the matter of them receiving their gifts. I lack the correct appendages to wrap gifts successfully, but I think I did a nice job picking them out! I have a nice satin white ribbon for Meg, since she likes to put them in her hair and such. For Madame, I was very proud of the Rat I caught, but Erik confiscated it, so instead I decided upon a nice polish for cane up-keep. Then there was the matter of finding something for Erik... but I feel leaving his mannequin of Christine alone for a month with satisfy him... plus, I wrote him a nice song, granted the measures all have paw prints on them, but he's a clever man, I'm sure he'll figure it out!
I can't wait to claw through that wrapping paper later... <3
